PFLAG Speakers Bureau

The PFLAG Speakers Bureau sends panels of speakers to colleges, universities, high schools and other organizations, at their request, to help educate the general public on tolerance and diversity.

Representing all three chapters in the Orange County/Long Beach area, our award-winning Speakers Bureau has been operating for almost 30 years, and typically consists of one parent, one male speaker, and one female speaker.  We also have transgendered speakers for classes on gender identity.

We speak in approximately 200 panels per year, ranging in courses from Human Sexuality and Women & Their Bodies to graduate courses for Marriage and Family Counselors and training sessions for the local Sheriffs' Department.
